For our sessions, I recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows your body to move freely—similar to what you would wear for pilates or yoga. You’re welcome to choose leggings, shorts, a supportive top, or a one-piece workout jumpsuit.
Footwear is completely up to you: you can train barefoot or in grip socks with anti-slip treads if that feels more comfortable. The most important thing is that you feel relaxed, supported, and able to move with ease.
For our sessions, you will only need a yoga mat to begin with. This is the main essential piece that provides support and comfort during stretching and mobility work.
Any additional equipment will be recommended individually. Each client has unique goals and physical needs, so I suggest specific accessories only when they are truly necessary for your progress. We will discuss everything during your sessions to make sure you have exactly what you need and nothing extra.
Each session lasts 50 min. We spend 40 minutes focusing on deep stretching, mobility, and strengthening work. The final 10 minutes are dedicated to a guided meditation, allowing your body and mind to fully relax, reset, and integrate the benefits of the session.
For noticeable and lasting results, I recommend training at least 2–3 times per week. Consistency is the key to improving flexibility, mobility, and overall body awareness.
However, the speed of your progress also depends on your individual physical characteristics. Some clients naturally have higher flexibility or a predisposition for this type of training, and in those cases results can appear very quickly — even after the first few sessions.
Together, we will build a training schedule that aligns with your goals and supports your body in the most effective way.
Yes, I offer private sessions at clients’ homes. I can train you in your living room, home gym, terrace, building gym, or any comfortable space within your residence. My goal is to create a personalized, convenient, and stress-free environment for your training—wherever you feel most at ease.
Yes — I do offer outdoor training sessions (beach, park, rooftop), but please note that any chosen location must first be approved by the relevant municipal authority. The client is responsible for obtaining the required permit from the city or county department that has jurisdiction over the selected public area.
In the City of Miami, for example, permits are typically issued by the City of Miami Parks & Recreation Department or the Special Events / Permits Office.
For parks and open spaces within Miami-Dade County, the Miami-Dade Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department issues ‘Special Event Permits’ for activities conducted on county-owned property.
Together, we can choose a suitable outdoor location, but you must secure the necessary permit from the appropriate department in advance.
Any session that is not canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time will be fully charged. This policy helps me reserve your time slot and plan my schedule efficiently.
However, I always approach genuine and respectful situations with understanding. In cases of emergencies, accidents, or serious personal circumstances, the session fee will not be charged. Your well-being is my priority, and I’m always open to transparent communication.
I recommend booking your sessions 14-10 days in advance to ensure you get the time slot you prefer. You can also keep an eye on my schedule, where last-minute openings may appear if another client cancels.
Yes, you can train — but it’s essential that you inform me about any injuries, back or neck pain, or other health concerns before we begin. This allows me to carefully tailor the session to your condition and choose exercises that are safe, supportive, and effective for your body.
My priority is always to protect your health while helping you progress comfortably and confidently.
Yes, I do work with pregnant women. If you are in the early stages of pregnancy and it may not be visually noticeable yet, please inform me in advance. This helps me understand your current condition and allows me to choose the safest and most appropriate training approach for you.
My goal is to create a supportive, gentle, and effective program that aligns with your stage of pregnancy and overall well-being.
I offer sessions throughout Miami. Locations within Coconut Grove and nearby areas are included, while distances over 15 miles from Coconut Grove require an additional travel fee.
Any parking or valet fees at the training location are covered by the client as well.
Yes, I am absolutely pet-friendly. You’re welcome to have your dog, cat, or any other pet in the room during the session, as long as you feel comfortable and the environment remains safe and relaxed for your practice. Your pet is a welcome part of your space.
Yes, I offer individual sessions for children. The structure, duration, and pricing of children’s sessions are the same as for adults, ensuring high-quality personalized attention.
All sessions are adapted to the child’s age, coordination level, and comfort to make the training both safe and enjoyable.
I do not offer online sessions. My work is fully focused on in-person training, where I can provide precise guidance, hands-on adjustments, and a truly personalized approach tailored to your body in real time.
Stretching is a form of physical activity, which means it requires energy expenditure and leads to burning calories, so it can contribute to weight loss. However, using stretching as the main method for losing weight is not effective.
In combination with proper nutrition, strength training, and cardio workouts, stretching will help with weight loss.
The advantage of stretching is that it also helps remove excess fluid from the body, which contributes to a visual slimming effect, and the muscles appear more elongated.
